Recommended Dosage:
Supplement: 2 tablets daily for a minimum of 4 months (1 tablet in the morning and 1 tablet in the evening taken with water after food).
Cream: Apply in the morning and evening after cleansing. Massage the cream onto the face, neck and décolletage.
