Delivery

All orders will be dispatched using a tracked delivery service. We normally expect to dispatch your order within 3 working days of receiving.

Delivery charge will be calculated at checkout. Our standard delivery timeframe is 2-4 working days. Please note currently we only deliver to the UK, however please contact us for a shipping quote within Europe.

Returns Information

Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact.

We are not able to process a refund or exchange for any items which have been opened or used.

You must notify us in writing that you wish to return your purchase, quoting your order number, within 7 days of receiving the product.  The product itself must be returned within 14 days of receiving it, beginning the day on which you receive the product.

Please return the product in suitable packaging to ensure it reaches us in good condition

The cost of postage, packaging and the insurance relating to the return of unwanted goods back to us are fully the responsibility of the customer.

Where a purchase qualified for free delivery the cost of the original consignment of goods will be deducted from any refunds.

We aim to process all returns within seven working days of receipt.
